The Yasmin Gardens apartment complex features several swimming pools to suit people of all ages. This particular duplex apartment overlooks the main pool area that consists of four swimming pools that cascade down into each other. Comprising entrance door which leads straight into the spacious lounge area. Bathroom / toilet with low level toilet, hand basin vanity unit, and bath with over bath shower. Separate kitchen with gas hob and oven. Bed room with a single double bed. This bedroom has a sliding double glazed patio door that leads out onto the rear large balcony area. To the front of the property the spacious lounge has a double glazed patio door that opens out to the front (pool side) facing large balcony / patio area. A marble featured stair case leads to the upper floor.

Upper Floor:-

The staircase rises to the upper floor landing where the following rooms lead off; Major bedroom - this features a large king size bed as well as being the largest of the bedrooms this duplex apartment offers. Second bedroom - slightly smaller is size this room features two single beds making it ideal for occupation by children. Bathroom - a large bathroom (fully tiled) comprising a shower cubicle, washbasin, and a single low level toilet.

Air Conditioning

For your comfort this Akbuk Holiday Apartment features air conditioning with separate air conditioner units fitted in all three (3) bedrooms as well as the lounge.

This holiday apartment that is available for rental / letting's is owned by an English (UK) family.  

Booking Details

* This apartment can be rented for short to medium occupancy periods.

* The minimum occupancy rate charged is for a period of one (1) week.

Please Note: you may rent this property for a shorter period but the minimum charge applied will be for a 7 day rental.

* The maximum amount of people this apartment will accommodate is six (6) people. It is a condition of booking that this figure will be not be exceeded.

* This apartment is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. No Smoking is permitted inside any of the apartment rooms or balcony / terrace areas  

* All bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of confirmation

* The balance payable is required prior to occupation of the apartment

* Damages - with the exception of fair wear and tear all breakages must be paid for. A bond is required at time of final balance payment
